Durma Academy 

We aim to grow stronger with Durma Academy that we established in January 2020 by serving both our sector and our country on the path we started with the belief, ‘To be the first company to bring technology to the markets in which we operate.

Durma Academy is an in-house training organization that aims to support the occupational and personal development of both our in-house employees and authorized dealers and personnel for our services based on the principles of continuous learning, innovation and improvement.

Our academy plans the training activities within the framework of preparing the beginners for their tasks and completing the adaptation process well, developing occupational and personal competencies of current employees, increasing the engagement to the institution, employee and customer satisfaction.

The aim of Durma Academy, which will provide services to Durma employees in its first phase, is to share experience, professional expertise and development with different institutions also with the aim of providing training outside Durma in the future.

Our training programs are carefully determined by the academy managers and will be provided to our employees with the participation of our competent and expert instructors in the company and skilled academicians from different universities. Designed for both theoretical and applied training, our training classes are created to support all kinds of training with the necessary technological equipment.

We set out to  create a more powerful DURMA Machinery and a sustainable future with more dynamic, more intellectual and more equipped staff. This path will be the process of evolution, change, adaptation and growth.
